Hello I’m Caterina, I am a professional Life and Career Coach.

NICE TO MEET YOU

I am a very sociable person, I enjoy being with people, listening to their stories and spending time together. I love to travel, to know new countries, different cultures and to have new motivations.
I believe that in life you never stop learning and that every situation experienced has its teaching and a positive element to it (even if we are not always able to grasp it instantly!).

I am Italian, but I have lived abroad for several years with my husband and our three children. I have been in Sweden for a few years now and have previously lived in India for three years.

As an expat, I have had to challenge myself every time and deal with the changes that I faced from time to time. I know it can be quite challenging, but it’s also very rewarding to be able to overcome difficulties and achieve new goals.

I am attracted and interested in everything related to energy, meaning the energy of people, things and the universe. I studied it from different points of view. I am also a Reiki Master.

I love good food and I really like cooking: it is my way to relax and take care of the people I love.

I graduated in Venice in Modern Literature with an artistic address and I learned to see and appreciate the beauty in things.

From there I went on spontaneously to appreciate beauty in people and situations as well.

As a coach I’ve been trained at Full Circle Global , according to the parameters and Code of Ethics required by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

I am a member of the International Coaching Federation.

WHAT I DO

I think it’s important to live our life to the best of our ability and I believe that in some way we are all connected: the more people can improve their lives, the more we can have a positive impact on the world around us.

I became a coach because I realised that there are many people who want to change something in their life, improve it from various points of view, but they don’t know how to do it. I noticed that seeing people achieve their goals and gain a different awareness of themselves gives me great satisfaction, especially when I have been able to contribute to this process.

My aim is now to collaborate with those who want to have a more balanced and satisfying life and are willing to get involved to improve their situation.

Coaching is the art of bringing out the best in people.

Through effective and provocative questions I stimulate people to identify their own goals, to find their own path, their own truth and their own answers. I partner with them to make them discover or rediscover their own skills, as they learn how to use their strengths, on a journey of self-discovery which also brings a new and deep awareness of one’s abilities.
All this takes place in a confidential space, with the utmost respect and absolutely free from any judgment.

As a coach I am here to guide, support and stimulate you along your journey.
